It all started with a simple discovery. Michael, who had recently embraced a vegan and gluten-free lifestyle, was on the hunt for delicious, wholesome foods that fit his new way of eating. When his friend Eduard returned from visiting family in Germany, he brought back a unique carrot-based spread that was unlike anything Michael had ever tasted. With its vibrant color, smooth texture, and robust savory taste, it was love at first bite.

Inspired by that moment, Michael and Eduard knew they had to share this incredible find with the world. They set out to recreate the spread using locally sourced ingredients, ensuring it was not only delicious but also sustainable. After months of perfecting the recipe, 24 Karrot Spread was born in Asbury Park, NJ—a vibrant community that values creativity, quality, and conscious living.
